Candidate – natural person uploading a C.V. on the Site.
Account – a section from the Site consisting in an e-mail address and a password allowing the Candidate to apply for the vacant positions published by eMAG on the Site or to upload a C.V. on the Site.
1. RECRUITMENT POLICY
1.1. The access of any natural person to the Site in order to upload a C.V. is allowed only after creating an Account.
1.2. The communication with the Candidate may be done by direct interaction with it or through the addresses provided in the C.V. uploaded on the Site.
1.3. eMAG will analyze the C.V.s uploaded on the Site and will contact only the Candidates that correspond to job requirements.

Which categories of personal data do we process?
- Generally, we collect personal data that comes directly from you and thus you control and decide which pieces of information you are willing to share. For example, when applying for a job at eMAG, you send us your e-mail address, your first and last name, the phone number, the city you live in, and other information specific to this context.

As a general rule, we will store your personal data for a period of 3 years from their transmission.
