eMAG – is the commercial name of S.C. DANTE INTERNATIONAL S.A., a Romanian legal entity having the registered office in Bucharest, 148 Soseaua Virtutii, 6th district, having the registration number with the Trade Register J40/372/23.01.2002, tax registration code RO14399840.
Site – domain www.cariere.emag.ro and its subdomains.
Candidate – natural person uploading a C.V. on the Site.
Account – a section from the Site consisting in an e-mail address and a password allowing the Candidate to apply for the vacant positions published by eMAG on the Site or to upload a C.V. on the Site.
1. RECRUITMENT POLICY
1.1. The access of any natural person to the Site in order to upload a C.V. is allowed only after creating an Account.
1.2. The communication with the Candidate may be done by direct interaction with it or through the addresses provided in the C.V. uploaded on the Site.
1.3. eMAG will analyze the C.V.s uploaded on the Site and will contact only the Candidates that correspond to job requirements.
2. PRIVACY POLICY WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Which categories of personal data do we process?

For example, when applying for a job at eMAG, you send us your e-mail address, your first and last name, the phone number, the city you live in, and other information specific to this context.
