The sales teams at eMAG are responsible for the development and execution of product catalogs and the launch of new items with a competitive pricing strategy. They also build promotional campaigns with the help of the Marketing team.
Our sales teams have several roles and each contributes to the development of our portfolio:
• Business unit manager (BUM): coordinates the activities in the department, participates in the creation of the commercial strategy for the team for which he is responsible and constantly monitors the performance indicators.
• Category Manager (CM): defines the strategy for the product category and deals with the commercial policy (price, promotion). It also analyzes the effectiveness of sales metrics and pricing.
