The sales teams at eMAG are responsible for the development and execution of product catalogs and the launch of new items with a competitive pricing strategy. They also build promotional campaigns with the help of the Marketing team.

Our sales teams have several roles and each contributes to the development of our portfolio:

Business unit manager (BUM): coordinates the activities in the department, participates in the creation of the commercial strategy for the team for which he is responsible and constantly monitors the performance indicators.

Category Manager (CM): defines the strategy for the product category and deals with the commercial policy (price, promotion). It also analyzes the effectiveness of sales metrics and pricing.
