The main objective of the Operations Department is to ensure the mutual connectivity and smooth running of the processes in our organization.

There is at least a little bit of “Operations” in every part of the job, and that’s why the department is always a part of everything new happening at eMAG

The operations department is responsible for logistics, office administration, contact with suppliers and all external institutions.

We provide the logistics process for the delivery of customer orders and interaction with courier and transport service companies

We are responsible for the administrative service and maintenance of the office

We ensure the conditions and resources necessary for all departments in eMAG to carry out their activities in the most effective and efficient way

We manage the company’s assets and are responsible for their maintenance

We maintain relationships and negotiate the best terms with suppliers of goods and services necessary for operational activity

We maintain relationships with key state bodies – KZP, KRS, KZK, National Police, etc.
